Proper assembly is of utmost importance to us: We understand that loose connections, improper seating of components, or inadequate cooling can result in system instability, crashes, and potential damage to the components, hence, we meticulously ensure that each component is installed correctly, taking pride in our work throughout the process, all the way down to cable management.

Every PC we have in stock undergoes testing to ensure it is assembled and configured correctly before delivery to you. For example, we make sure that every I/O port is detected and functional, RAM speeds are running at their highest frequency rather than stock settings, system temperatures are within tolerance, and every game we test runs as expected.

Sending a fully assembled PC is the most delicate part of the process, hence, we take as many precautions as we can to minimise the risk of damage during transport, such as "fragile" labelled warning tape, styrofoam outer padding, plastic corner protectors, and expanding foam to create a custom fit for the interior components preventing them from rattling and becoming loose during transport.
